All sales from SØNDER.uniform are considered final due to the limited and small-batch nature of each drop.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for reasons related to fit preference, wear, or change of mind.

Once a return is approved and received, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
